Obituary for Evonne Hazel Bryant

Evonne Hazel Bryant, age 76, of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2017. She was born in Douglasville, Georgia on August 17, 1940, daughter of the late Herman Parker Brown and the late Mary Susan Leake Brown. Evonne was a homemaker and a member of Chapel Hill Road Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Bryant, one brother and two sisters.
Evonne is survived by her children: Annette Bryant; Ralph Bryant and his wife, Tracy; Sammy Bryant; Steve Bryant and his wife, Lori; Shelia Barger and her husband, Scottie; Danny Bryant and his wife, Erica; Julie Perkle and her husband, Carl; Tabitha Emerson and her husband, David; seventeen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; sisters, Shelia Williams and Helen Teal; brother, Norman Brown.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, March 13, from Hightower's Memorial Chapel with Rev. Billy Godwin officiating. Interment will follow the service at Chapel Hill Road Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 12, from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help cover funeral expenses.
