Obituary for Billie Hollis

Mrs. Billie Jean Lawler Hollis, age 83, of Winston, Georgia, passed away Sunday, January 14, 2018. She was born in Atlanta, GA on June 11, 1934, the daughter of the late Roy Lawler and the late Clestelle Bryant Lawler. She was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith.
Mrs. Hollis is survived by her husband of 66 years, James Claude “J.C.” Hollis; daughters and son-in-law: Peggy Williams, Donna Hollis, and Terri & Mark Smith, all of Cumming, GA; grandsons and spouses: Nicholas & Tosha Pratt and Brandon & Karissa Godbee; great granddaughters, Whitney Godbee and Alayna Pratt (on the way); several nieces and nephews.

Due to weather conditions, the Hollis family have rescheduled Mrs. Hollis' Funeral Service. The Funeral Service will be Saturday, January 20, 2018, at 11:00 A.M. at Hightower’s Chapel with Reverend Dexter Landers officiating. Mark Smith will deliver the Eulogy.
Interment will follow in the Heritage Gardens at Flint Hill with Nicholas Pratt, Brandon Godbee, Jesse Camp, Jerry Hollis, Robbie Wiley, and Rusty Wiley serving as Pallbearers.
