Obituary for Robert "Bobby" Tandlich

Robert Daniel “Bobby” Tandlich, age 82, of Douglasville, GA, passed away on Sunday, May 28, 2017. He was born on January 4, 1935 in The Bronx, New York, son of the late Fred Tandlich and the late Margaret Nadler Tandlich. He worked as a Supermarket Clerk for 27 years. He was affectionately called “Bobby from The Bronx”. He loved his church, collecting stamps and coins, birdwatching, history, and the Queen of England. He dearly loved his family, especially his grandkids and great-grandkids. He never met a stranger, had a great sense of humor and loved making people smile.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Mamie Greenspan Tandlich.
Bobby is survived by his daughters; Jan Grady and husband John of Douglasville, and Beth Rupnow and husband Carl of Newnan; grandchildren, Jason Sellers and Kayla Baker, Steven Sellers and Brooke Waters, Kevin Steighner, and Kaley Rupnow; great-grandchildren, Hailey Sellers, Rylee Asher, and Lennox Sellers.
He was cremated and a Celebration of Bobby’s life will take place at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at Church of the Vine, 225 Hiram-Acworth Hwy, Dallas, GA 30157, with Pastor Dan Pervorse officiating.
