I was sad to hear of the passing of your Mother. She was one of the kindest, sweetest people I have known. She always had a smile for me and hugged my neck. She seemed like an Aunt to me since I was around the family gatherings quite a bit growing up. I will miss her. May the spirit of the Lord be with you all during this time.

Evely was such a great friend to mother in the last few years. I often believe God places people in our lives at a time when they are so needed. This was truly the case with mother and Evelyn - each was a blessing to the other.I know Mother welcomed her with open arms on Sunday. Evelyn was a special person and her smile will always be remembered. I will miss her.
