Barbara Ann Nichols
Barbara Ann Nichols, 74, of Douglasville, passed away, Wednesday, February 4, 2009. She was born September 1, 1934 in Hawi, Hawaii, the daughter of the late Arthur Cambra and Flora Medeiros Cambra. She was a homemaker and Catholic by faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Frankie Garrett.
Survivors are her son; Randy Lee Nichols of Villa Rica, daughters: Marion Bridges Staley of Monterey, CA, Roxanne Burnette DeBuc of Douglasville, Lila Griffin of Kamule, HI and Delena Vincente of Hilo, HI; sisters: Patty Eli of Kamuela, HI, Rose Yamanaka of Honolulu, HI, Angie Kowslowske of Simi Valley, CA, Lila Healy of Chandler, ZA; brother: Robert Cambra of Hawi, Hawaii; 16 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
In accordance with her wishes, her body was cremated.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 7, 2009 at 1:00 pm at the New Life Christian Church, Douglasville with Rev. Talmedge Crawford officiating.
