Mr. Charles Nicholas Koutlas, age 56, of Douglasville, GA, passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2006. The son of the late, James Nick Koutlas and the late, Willie Edna Heath Koutlas, he was born in Montgomery, AL, on August 20, 1949. Mr. Koutlas was retired from the Frito-Lay Company.
Survivors include his daughter, Tara Koutlas, Douglasville, GA; brother & sister-in-law, Tim & Deborah Koutlas, Carrollton, GA; sister & brother-in-law, Carol & David Duda, Griffin, GA; and granddaughter, Jacie Nicole Pool.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2006, at 4:00 p..m., from Hightower's Memorial Chapel, with Reverend Larry Hughes officiating. At the request of the family, the body will be cremated after the service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
