Life Legacy
Barbara Ann Spinks Dickinson, age 69, of Douglasville passed away April 27, 2012. She was born on January 29, 1943 in Atlanta, Georgia, the daughter of the late Walter and Idabell Delay Spinks. She attended Arbor Heights Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She loved her family dearly and cherished every moment she had with them.
She is survived of her husband of 50 years, Bobby Ray Dickinson of Douglasville; children and their spouses, Kellie and Jim Holben and Mark Dickinson, all of Douglasville and Chris and Allisandra Dickinson of Powder Springs; brother and sister-in-law, Allen and Lynn Spinks of Villa Rica; grandchildren, Jennifer, Jeffrey, Krista, Bryan, Stephen and Lillianna; great-grandchildren, Tory, J.P., Payton and Jaydon.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. from Hightower’s Memorial Chapel in Douglasville with Pastor Andy Gray officiating.
Entombment will follow in the Sunrise Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, April 29, 2012 from 1:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. and also on Monday, April 30, 2012 from 3:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
