Life Legacy
Betty Louise Bear Barton Reese, loving mother, wife and grandmother, was born May 30, 1942 and was promoted to Glory, from her home in Lithia Springs, Georgia, on January 27, 2010. Betty is survived by her husband, William “Jeff” Reese of Lithia Springs, Georgia; four children, Melody LaBauve and husband, Allen, of Houston, Texas, Bobby Barton of Auburn, Georgia, Renee Buffington and husband, Cris, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, Keith Barton of Lithia Springs, Georgia; two step-children, Brian Reese and wife, Ashley, of Villa Rica, Georgia and Melissa Reese Colon of Jonesboro, Georgia. Betty has 14 loving grandchildren, Brandi, Marc, Christina, Trey, Tyler, Brittney, Carol Ann, Zachary, Lindsey, Jayda, Autumn, Ricky, Ansley and Evan; sister, Mary Trinkle White of Illinois and one nephew and four nieces.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held Monday, February 1, 2010 at 3:00 pm from the Salvation Army, 3455 Sugarloaf Parkway, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30044 – 770-963-8802 with Captains Bobby and Anne Westmoreland officiating.
Those desiring to do so may make contributions to the Salvation Army at the above address.
In accordance with her wishes, her body was cremated.
