Life Legacy


Addielee Noggles Cordrey, age 80 of Douglasville, passed away, April 19, 2012. She was born November 26, 1931 in Atlanta, to the late Paul Noggles and Radie Lee Williams Noggles. She worked during her career for 36 years for the Justrite Envelope Company and was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Paul and Radie Lee Williams Noggles, she was preceded in death by her grandson: Darren Patrick, sister: Helen McCray, son-in-law: Mickey Cannon and great granddaughter: Cortney Mayo.

Survivors are her husband, John Cordrey of Douglasville; daughter: Diane Cannon of Powder Springs; son and daughter-in-law: Danny and Debbie Patrick of Fayetteville; sister: Ruth Noggles of Atlanta, aunt: Allie Blalock, 7 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, April 21, 2012 at 11:00 AM from Hightower’s Memorial Chapel, with Pastor Terry Marbut officiating. Interment will follow in the Sunrise Memorial Gardens, with John Skedgell, John Henry, Alan Fraser, Chad Cannon, Damon Patrick and James Redfern serving as Pallbearers.

The family will receive friends, Friday, April 20, 2012 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
