Obituary for Tommy Brown

Tommy Brown, age 59 of Wedowee, Alabama, formerly of Douglasville, passed away on Tuesday, September 26, 2017. He was born on November 24, 1957 in Austell, Georgia, son of the late Vester Henry Brown and the late Dorothy Clements Hix Brown. Tommy was an electrician by trade. He was a member of Bellview Baptist Church in Lineville, Alabama, where he enjoyed being involved in the Food Ministry and doing light maintenance.
He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Brenda Brown; daughter, JoNan & Jamie Brown, Austell; son, Jared & Holly Brown, Carrollton; daughters, Brandy & Kevin Boyd, Douglasville, Rebecca & Samuel Blair, Lineville, Alabama; grandchildren, Jonathan Rowan, Austell, Arriana Brown, Austell, Brianna Neal, Lineville, AL, Isabella Neal, Lineville, AL, Aleena & Chelsea Brown, Carrollton; nieces and nephews; Thea Touchet, Everett Brown, Eric Brown, Adam Brown; 3 great nieces; one great nephew; sister, Judy Besmanoff, Temple.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Hightower’s Memorial Chapel with Reverend Wayne Adams officiating.
The family will receive friends on Saturday at the funeral home from 10:00-11:00 AM prior to the service.
