Obituary for Dorothy Mae Post

Dorothy Mae Post, age 74, of Winston, GA, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2018. She was born in Atlanta, GA on September 25, 1943, daughter of the late Willard Reece and the late Mary Curtis Reece. She was a retired Payroll Clerk with Weaver Transportation and she was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Mableton, GA. Dorothy was a digger, she loved to garden, paint and spend time with her family.
She is survived by her sons; Tony Cash and wife Rhonda, and Ricky Cash; grandchildren, Steve Cash and wife Jenni, Reed Cash, Brent Cash, Ashley Cash, and Emily Cash; 15 great-grandchildren; sister, Lorene West; brothers, Larry Reece and wife Rosemary, Ray Reece, and Dennis Reece and wife Judy.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Holland Post; the father of her children, Bobby Cash; and her sister, Ann Beal.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, January 20, 2018, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
A Funeral Service will be held at Hightower’s Memorial Chapel on Sunday, January 21, 2018, at 3:00 PM with Reverend Billy Lord and Reverend Dennis Reece officiating. Interment will follow at Mozley Memorial Gardens in Lithia Springs.
