Obituary for Brother Gary Dale Bingham

Brother Gary Dale Bingham, age 62, of Douglasville, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2017. He was born in Greensboro, North Carolina, on December 22, 1954, the son of Betty Louise Entrekin (Bingham) Lawson and the late George Isaac Bingham. Brother Gary held a Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Alabama and Northwest University. He was a Microbiologist for Nioxin for many years. His passion, however, was “Soul-Winning”. He was a preacher in various ministries: Jail Ministries, Junior Ministries and the Atlanta Mission, to name a few. He was a member of Clearview Baptist Church in Douglasville. He loved his grandchildren and Alabama Football!
He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years: Tanya Kay Grant Bingham of Douglasville; daughter and son-in-law: Indrea & David Tillison of Douglasville; son and daughter-in-law: Adam & Kandice Bingham of Jefferson, Georgia; mother: Betty Louise Entrekin Lawson of Spruce Pine, Alabama; brothers and sisters-in-law: Ricky & Nancy Bingham of Spruce Pine, Alabama, and Randy & Marsha Bingham of Corpus Christi, Texas; grandchildren: Marissa Overton, Lily Bingham and Lola Bingham.
In accordance with his wishes, his body was cremated and his family will hold a Memorial Service on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at Clearview Baptist Church with Pastor Rick Eaves, Brother Terry Lyons and Brother Ernest Gignilliat officiating.
